Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Telnety, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund and cancellation policy.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans (Pro, Team, and Business) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with Telnety for any reason within this period, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
2. After the 14-Day Period
After the initial 14-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription if there are extenuating circumstances. Contact us with your order details and we will do our best to help.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard at app.telnety.com or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the free Community plan
- Your data remains intact — you can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to Pro/Team features
4. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will receive credit toward your next billing cycle.
5. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time, but refunds for the unused portion of an annual subscription are issued at our discretion. We recommend trying a monthly plan first if you are unsure.
6. Free Plan
The Telnety Community plan is free forever. No credit card is required. There is nothing to refund or cancel — you can use it as long as you want.
